13E HOTBIRD SIGNAL PROBLEM

hi everyone just wanting to know if there is a problem with hotbird 13 east as cant get any channels to clear - ive got a [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] 9000 hd.

What channels are we talking about mate, give an example?

all of them mate but for me mainly nova sports but cant get any signal on that frequency

I've moved your thread to the general discussion section for what seems like the best section at the moment.... Just moved over to 13 East to just check disaster hadn't struck, but no all fine here. So to confirm you are not getting any signal on any channels from 13 East (FTA or paid channels), but are you still getting a signal from other satellites?

Have [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] 9000HD all Nova Sports working for me by other means.

Sounds like either a dish alighnment issue to me or perhaps something to do with channel list, it could just be the communication between the motor and receiver though that's become confused. Try using the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] from the motor setup menu to 'drive to centre' then give the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] a restart and then try moving to something away from 13 East (say 19 East for example), once it's got to that and is working OK then try going back to something on 13 East but choose a FTA channel first off and see what happens.
